AMD 48 volt (5 hp@3750 rpm) motor for speeds up to 24 mph when used with a stock controller set at speed code 4. For increased torque, use controller #500, #986 and others. (See the controller section for more details). This motor can also be used on Regen I & II cars. For maximum performance, safety and durability 4 gauge cables (#1260) throughout the car and heavy-duty solenoid are required.
